Black Coffee appears on Drake’s new album ahead of Hï Ibiza residency

South African producer Black Coffee joins a host of laudable guest contributors on Drake’s new album, ‘More Life’.

Having collected no fewer than 10 awards for his contributions to electronic music last year and landing himself a first-ever Ibiza residency at Ibiza, it’s safe to say life is going pretty well for Black Coffee at the moment. Now with the announcement of his guest collaboration with Drake, things just keep getting better for him.

Featured on the fifth track of the album titled ‘Get It Together’, Black Coffee’s 2009 release called ‘Superman’ is blessed with Drake’s vocals over the top of it and is re-imagined by up and coming UK star, Jorja Smith.

With the album being released last Saturday, ‘More Life’ also features collaborations from artists including Moodymann, Skepta, Kanye West and Giggs amongst others.

A true pioneer of the South African House sound, Black Coffee will begin his inaugural Ibiza residency at Hï Ibiza every Saturday for 18 weeks from 3rd June until 30th September.
