Recognised as the first resident of a new era, Black Coffee Ibiza 2018 returns to Hï Ibiza for 2018.

Avoiding all Afro-House clichés and exceeding expectations with restrained sophistication, his home-brewed, fresh and future-focused South African House has defined the perfect sculptural balance and beauty.

Underlining his unquestionable success, Black Coffee accumulated no fewer than 10 different awards for his contributions to electronic music in 2016 including the Deep House gong at DJ Awards. He then repeated his DJ Awards success last summer. This comes as little to no surprise following the achievements of his highly-acclaimed album, ‘Pieces of Me’, as well as collaborations with Drake, Alicia Keys, P. Diddy and Beyonce.

Following the huge success he enjoyed last summer with his debut Ibiza residency, the imaginative and enigmatic Black Coffee resumes his Saturday night role from 26th May, delivering true Afropolitan house straight through until 6th October.

This year also sees Black Coffee Ibiza 2018 align its grand opening with that of Hï Ibiza’s on Saturday 26th May. With the entire bill announced, Black Coffee will be joined in the booth by &ME, Audiofly, Blond:ish, Guy Mantzur, Salome, Serge Devant and Themba in the Theatre. Meanwhile, in the Club, Housekeeping will be in charge of dance floor proceedings.

With complete Black Coffee Ibiza 2018 line-ups now announced, the South African selector will this year be accompanied in the booth by the likes of Ame (live), Andhim, Andrea Oliva, Angelo, Apollonia, Bedouin, Benji back-to-back with Virgil Abloh, Birds of Mind, Black Motion, Canjee, Culoe De Song, Da Capo, Damian Lazarus, Djebali, Eli & Fur, Emanuel Satie, Enoo Napa, Floyd Lavine, Guy Gerber, Hector, Henrik Schwarz, Honey Dijon, Hyenah, II Faces, Jamie Jones, Jimi Jules, Kaz James, Laulou, Lauren Lane, Lazare Hoche, Lee Burridge, Loco Dice, Luciano, Mandar, Matthias Meyer, Nastia, Nic Fanciulli, Nico Stojan, Rampue, Red Axes, Secondcity, The Black Madonaa, The Mekanism and Traumer.

Hï Ibiza has been designed with the clubber at the forefront of their focus. This state of the art venue will ultimately bring world class music experiences by showcasing the most exciting names in dance music throughout the duration of the summer.

Defined by such qualities as family, community, culture, clan and talent, Black Coffee Ibiza 2018 will no doubt exceed the heights of its debut season this year.
