Solomun +1: Five special guests you still need to see this season

Solomun +1 is one of Ibiza’s most special concepts, and rightly so…

Considered to be one of electronic music’s most exclusive invitations, the title of being Solomun’s plus one at Pacha in Ibiza truly is one of the island’s most rewarding privileges for a DJ… after all, its not everyday you get to play alongside the Diynamic general…

An innovative concept in the midst of its sixth summer in the party capital, Solomon +1 is a night which sees the widely respected underground producer joined by a special guest each week, all of which are headliners in their own right.

Having welcomed in such illustrious profiles as Ame, The Black Madonna and Dixon already this summer, his 2018 residency is showing no signs of slowing down across the 10 dates he has left.

Here are five special guests you can’t afford to miss between now and October.

Etched into his diary as his only show on the White Isle this summer, Vladimir Ivkovic is our stand-out selection for August. A long-time resident at the infamous Salon des Amateurs in Dusseldorf, the Belgrade native is blessed with the ability to care not to care. One of the best in the biz, his sets are always very challenging yet almost always ingenious to watch. Expect Pacha to be no different.[/postfeature]

[postfeature title=’Sven Vath – 9th September’ align=’left’ image=’https://myibiza.tv/wp-content/uploads/sites/12/2018/08/s1-300×200.jpg’]

Having parted ways with Amnesia, Sven Vath is now a regular fixture over at Pacha with his legendary Cocoon night. A leader in his own right, Sven’s friendship with Solomon has blossomed since they first come together in Amnesia back in 2015. One of the most anticipated dates of the residency, Papa Sven will come locked and loaded with his harder hitting rhythms and no-fuss precision.[/postfeature]

[postfeature title=’Tale Of Us – 23rd September’ align=’left’ image=’https://myibiza.tv/wp-content/uploads/sites/12/2018/08/s2-300×200.jpg’]

Having made magic together in the Vista Club at last year’s Afterlife closing, Tale Of Us’ date with Solomun at Pacha will be very special indeed. With multifaceted focus, Matteo and Karmen break poetic and emotional boundaries in effortless fashion on the weekly at Hi Ibiza with their Afterlife residency. This odyssey through the realm of consciousness is one not to be missed.[/postfeature]

[postfeature title=’Bicep – 30th September’ align=’left’ image=’https://myibiza.tv/wp-content/uploads/sites/12/2018/08/s4-300×169.jpg’]

Following on from the success of their self-titled debut album late last year, Bicep’s indulgent sound palette has become one of dance music’s focal talking points over the past 12 months. Marking their only Ibiza appearance of the summer, the Northern Irish duo’s impeccable take on progressive house alongside Solomun’s melodic marvel makes for a Sunday to remember.[/postfeature]

[postfeature title=’Adriatique – 14th October (Closing Party)’ align=’left’ image=’https://myibiza.tv/wp-content/uploads/sites/12/2018/08/s5-300×225.jpg’]

Regular faces under the Diynamic banner, Adriatique’s scheduled closing party appearance is one that comes with great excitement. An enduring and complimentary partnership complete with a sound of subtle twists forever interrupting their hypnotic groove, Adriatique’s set will be a long, meditative and relentlessly-building affair.[/postfeature]
