Why should I buy tickets online?

  • We’re an authorised online Ibiza Club Ticket tickets outlet and have the largest allocation of official tickets.

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before the event for a refund (minus 5€ fee per ticket). Some special / discount tickets are non-refundable and this will be noted on your ticket.

When do tickets go on and off sale?

Tickets are usually released from February and gradually get put on sale through the next few months. Tickets are usually available until 9:00am on the morning of the party – but often tickets sell out in advance so we would recommend getting them early.

How can I pay for my tickets?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our checkout (Please note you must have your “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode” password ready as all purchases require this to protect both of us from fraud.

How secure is your checkout?

We take security very seriously and have invested a lot to ensure our checkout is safe and secure.

Your card details are passed securely directly to our payment services provider (Wirecard Bank) using the highest level of encryption. We never handle nor store your card details and the entire payment process is handled by Wirecard on their PCI compliant servers.

Every step of the checkout process is secure and has a valid secure certificate (check out the padlock icon in your address bar).

MyIbiza never receives or saves your card details.

How do I get my tickets?

After buying tickets from My Ibiza you will receive an email with a link to print or view your tickets (http://myibiza.tv/my-account). You must print your ticket and bring it with you to the club to gain entry.

What do you need to take to the club?

Please bring either your printed ticket, or your ticket displayed clearly on your phone. You also need to bring photographic ID (Passport, ID card, drivers licence etc) for the named person on the ticket and often you will need to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets. If you don’t bring all of these you risk not gaining entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

Sure no problem, please contact us to make any amends to your tickets. If you’d like to cancel your tickets you will receive a full refund (minus €5 per ticket) if you contact us up to 24 hours before the party. Changes or cancellations after this is not be possible and we are unable to offer any refunds.

What happens if the prices change?

Ticket prices can be known to fluctuate during the summer, but don’t worry, if the prices are discounted by the club or promoter we can refund the difference to your card. If the prices go up – no worries, your tickets will still be fully valid.

What happens if the line-up changes?

DJ line-ups can and will change throughout the summer and we hold no responsibility for the changing or cancelling of acts at any venue. If the line-up changes up to 24 hours before the party – you can cancel the ticket to receive a refund (minus €5 fee).

What about if the event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund on your ticket cost. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to appear back on your payment method.

How old do you have to be to get entry?

Almost every club or party in Ibiza has an age limit of 18. There may be exceptions and this will be mentioned on the booking page. If an age limit is not mentioned then you should consider it to be 18.

Can I buy tickets for more than 1 person?

If you buy tickets for your friends you will be the named person on the ticket and it’s your responsibility for the tickets. Please note that you must all enter at the same time and you must all bring photographic ID. The named person must also bring the printed ticket (or display it on your phone) and the card used to purchase the tickets.
